We have a 14-day refund policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not do returns or exchanges!

You will need to contact us with a valid reason for a refund.  Please be prepared to provide pictures if asked.

To request a refund, please contact us at BarakaEssentialsteam@gmail.com and let us know why you would like a refund of the item.  We will respond within 48 hours.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you of when we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday depending on when the order has been placed.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, depending on size, each item may be shipped in separate packaging.  Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
