Personalized or Custom Items:

  • Personalized products are non-refundable because they are custom-made for each order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item.

  • We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Change of Mind:

  • Refunds are not available for items purchased due to a change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Full Refunds: Issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued at our discretion for returned items that are not defective but have been opened or used.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Non-defective items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or defective items: Baraka Essentials will cover return shipping and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

5. Timeframes for Requests

  • Order cancellations: Must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized, custom, or clearance items

  • Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or limited-time offers (unless required by law)

  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

 

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Your order number

  2. Description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect item)

  3. Photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable)

 

We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

 

8. Exceptions

  • No refunds for items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • No refunds for items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or unofficial channels.
