1. Eligibility for Refund

• Personalized Items: We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom products, as these are made to your specific requests and are non-returnable.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

• Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for items purchased due to a change of mind. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

2. Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed, packed, or shipped, making cancellation impossible.

3. Refund Process

• Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you qualify for a full refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may apply to orders that are returned in a used condition or if the product is returned after the 12-hour cancellation window but within an acceptable timeframe. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

 

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item.

• Requests for order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

 

5. Return Shipping

• Return Shipping Costs: If the product is not defective or damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and will arrange for a replacement or full refund as necessary.

 

6. Non-refundable Items

• Personalized, custom, or clearance items are non-refundable.

• Any items purchased during special promotions, sales, or limited-time offers may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless required by law.

 

7. Refund Request Process

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).

• We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

 

8. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be provided for items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

• Refunds will not be provided for items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or through unofficial channels.
